Home Delivery
Riders in selected countries can now order qualifying products online on a 24/7 basis and get them delivered to their chosen address in the covered area.
Products available to be ordered with our direct shipping service include components, accessories, apparel and selected framesets.
Click & Collect
Complete bikes can be ordered online and collected from a participating local retailer in selected countries. Click and Collect offers all the benefits of online shopping combined with the personal contact and service of a specialist retailer.
Only complete bicycles can be shipped to your chosen retailer. Please place a separate order for any additional products (parts, accessories, clothing).
Once the retailer receives your bike, they will contact you within 2 business days to arrange pick-up. Both you and your retailer will be emailed with order confirmation and shipment tracking information so you're always in the loop.
The retailer acts as a service partner for the assembly, the handover of your bike and after-sales services.

Shipping Lead Times
Home Delivery
Your order will be processed at the best possible speed. In general, Frames, Parts, Accessories and Apparel will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
In selected regions such as southern Italy, parts of Scandinavia, delivery times can exceed the above indications by up to 4 business days.
Click & Collect
Complete bikes will be delivered to your chosen retailer in 3-5 business days.

Home Delivery
A shipping and handling fee of €10.00 / CHF7.00 is charged for any order below €150.00 / CHF150.00, free shipping applies to orders above €150.00 / CHF150.00.
Click & Collect
All Click & Collect orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Returns
Home Delivery
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after delivery.
To cancel your order, please request a return in your customer account.
Products must be returned unused, without any damage, in saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. If you received a damaged product, contact our customer service team for instructions.
After confirming that returned product is unused, without any damage, in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels still attached, we will issue a full refund.
BMC reserves its right to refuse a cancellation if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Should returned products need any form of repair or replacing parts, the resulting costs or any further expenses in connection with the returned product are to be carried by the customer.
Click & Collect
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after collection. To start the process, request a return in your customer account. We will get in touch with you directly to initiate the return process.
Return the product to the retailer you originally collected your order from for inspection.
After confirming that returned product is unused, with no mark of damage and in saleable condition, the retailer will notify us and we will issue a full refund.
If you return a damaged, incomplete or used bike, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund to cover the cost of repair or decrease in value.
